| 摘 要： | 社会主义先进文化的建设要注意以下问题:一是要把握好先进文化的本质特征和主要内容;二是要体现广大人民群众的根本利益;三是要充分发挥政府、精神产品生产者、人民群众在先进文化建设中的作用;四是要做到扬弃、吸收、创造相结合;五是要加强党的领导、制度建设和立法工作。

A combination of the strong points of the old and the new; 5. Improvement in the work related to the Party's leadership and the establishment of the institutional and legislative systems. |
