| 摘 要： | 农产品价格稳定一直是世界各国农业宏观管理的核心问题。国外对农产品价格波动研究的成果非常丰富．近年来的研究侧重对汇率波动、能源危机、金融资本等外部冲击因素对农产品价格影响的考察。国内对农产品价格波动的研究理论较为薄弱，侧重对粮食、生猪等大宗农产品价格波动的实证分析，近年来也开始关注国际农产品价格波动等外部冲击因素对国内价格的影响。现有文献存在对生鲜农产品波动研究较少、对各种外部冲击的传导机制厘清不够、对各种外部冲击因素的贡献度缺乏比较以及对价格波动中的非对称性效应分析不够等不足。
