| 摘 要： | 正确处理人民内部矛盾的理论在和谐社会建设中具有导向功能、整合功能和方法论价值。其导向功能体现为对矛盾的辩证认识和科学态度，其整合功能是指对思想、利益和社会力量的有效梳理，其方法论价值表现为对矛盾的客观分析和正确的处理原则。

| Abstract: | The theory about correctly dealing with contradictions among people,in the building of a harmonious society,serves the functions of guidance and restructuring with its methodological value.Its function of guidance displays in the dialectical understanding of contradictions and the scientific attitude,its restructuring function demonstrates in the effective sorting of ideology,benefits and social forces,and its methodological values reveals in the objective analysis of contradictions and the reasonal principle of dealing with the contradictions. |
