| 摘 要： | 当前我国高等教育质量保障活动中涉及到三个基本概念:质量,高等教育质量,高等教育质量保障。质量是指:“实体所具有的固有特性满足相关方要求的程度。”高等教育质量是指:“高等教育产品和服务所具有的功效性、人文性和调适性在满足社会和学生发展以及高等教育系统自身有序运转方面要求的程度。”高等教育质量保障是指:“高等教育质量保障的相关主体,通过运用质量管理、质量监督、质量控制、质量审计、质量认证和质量评估等手段,所进行的高等教育质量的持续促进活动。”

| Abstract: | There are three basic concepts concerned in the practice to ensure the quality of higher education,namely,quality,quality of higher education and guarantee of the quality of higher education.Quality refers to the intrinsic character of a certain substance with its ability to meet the demand of relevant requirement to a certain degree.The quality of higher education refers to the character of efficiency,humaneness and adjustability concerning higher educational products plus its service with the ability to meet the demand of social and students' development as well as the demand of orderly operation of higher educational system itself.The guarantee of the quality of higher education refers to the main body involved in the quality ensurance carrying out activities for sustained promotion of quality by means of quality management,quality supervision,quality control,quality auditing,quality certitude and quality assessment. |
