| 摘 要： | 目前有些高校学生社团干部存在着沟通不够主动，沟通渠道单一且不够通畅，沟通方式方法简单，沟通不够深入、透明以及不够自信等问题。要提高学生社团干部的有效沟通，要以丰富知识、提高自信、主动沟通为切入点，以语言沟通和非语言沟通为主要形式，围绕沟通目标，以良好的心态，采取平等、深入、听清、道明、讲原则的理性和谐沟通对策。
