| 摘 要： | 中国共产党三代领导集体在党的建设过程中各有侧重:第一代领导集体把思想建设放在党的建设的首位;第二代领导集体把制度建设作为党的建设的重要工作;第三代领导集体将功能建设和提高执政能力作为党的建设的首要任务。加强党的建设要与时俱进,不断提高党的执政能力。

| Abstract: | The three generations of leading groups of the Chinese Communist Party have their own emphasis on the Party building:the first generation emphasized on ideological building,the second generation emphasized on institutional building,and the third on functional building and enhancing ruling competence.Strengthening the Party building requires advancing with the times,and enhancing the Party's ruling competence steadily. |
