| 摘 要： | 目前 ,总量和结构的双失衡经营现象在西部基层农行中普遍存在 ,其主要原因是系统内危机。为了在西部大开发中求得生存与发展 ,基层农行应做到 :加快农行商业化改革的步伐 ;健全信贷风险防范机制 ;实施全方位的金融营销策略 ;按市场规律筹集银行资本金。

| Abstract: | Firstly, this article analyses the imbalance phenomenon in management of county branch of the agricultural bank. Secondly, the article explores the reason to cause the imbalance. Thirdly, for obtaining good opportunity in western development, the county bank should transfer quickly to the commercial bank; take precautions against the credit risk; carry out the financial market and raise capital in accordance with the marketrules. |
