An Economic Analysis of Inter- enterprise Network and Its Efficiency

The inter-enterprise network has become an important form of organization that, however, the existing theories pay little attention to. The paper provides the concept of the inter-enterprise network and analyzes the differences between it and the market and the line-up of enterprises. It points out that on certain conditions the inter-enterprise network can save business costs and enhance the creativity of enterprises, contributing to the sustainable competitive edge of enterprises. As an efficient economic organization, the inter-enterprise network should be paid more attention to from a theoretical perspective.
