| Abstract: | The means of industry protection mainly includes trade policy and industrial policy. It is essential for us to analyse the economic effects of the two kinds the welfar losses of our country's trade protection and the cost, benfit of the protection of our country's industries by applying theories of institutional economics, rent seeking and public choices, which is to be used as scientific bases for the formulation of our country's protection policies. |
