浅析卢梭的"公意"思想

“公意”是卢梭政治学说的核心内容,却也是产生种种歧义的关键所在。卢梭从倡导真正的自由和平等这一角度出发阐释“公意”学说,却衍生出与其本意完全相反的结论。卢梭也因此成为历史上一个颇受争议的人物,民主主义者和专制主义者都从他的政治学说中寻找理论根据。文章试从“公意”概念入手,对卢梭的“公意”学说作一个粗浅的反思。
