| 摘 要： | 胡林翼在清王朝与太平军的激烈对垒中“抚鄂”7年。他具有战略眼光,注重治军选将,讲求战术,从而夺回武汉,经营湖北,作为进攻长江下游的基础。但由于传统官僚体制和士绅阶层的整体性腐败,胡氏治军、理财、用人行政无不困难重重,收效甚微,也曾遭到主张“惠商”、“恤民”、“慎重人命”的彭崧毓等人的暗中批评。

| Abstract: | Hu Lin-yi assumed commander-in-chief of E(Hubei province) for seven years in the fierce fight between Qing Dynasty and the Taiping Revolution Army.Because he had strategic foresight,put stress on consolidating army and paid attention to tactics,he recaptured Wuhan and dominated Hubei.And this was the first step of retaking the lower reaches of the Changjiang River.but he encountered numerous difficulties in administering army so that his measures produced very little effect.In addition,because he was harsh and conservative,he met with criticism from Peng Songyu and others who advocated "showing solicitude for the common people " and " valuing peoples,lives". |
