| 摘 要： | 政府的招商引资职能存在着职能定位不准确、职能僵化、宏观调控外商直接投资手段不合理等问题,本文在分析其产生原因的基础上提出了转变和完善我国政府招商引资职能的具体对策,即强化政府宏观调控职能的同时,弱化地方政府对招商引资的微观管理。

| Abstract: | The government's function in incurring and managing the foreign direct investment in china has many problems,mainly including the base that the function is on is not correct,the function is not changing with the time,the macro management is not perfect and so on.The article puts forwards the measures to solving these problems on the base of analyzing the reasons,which is strengthening the government macro management and weakening the micro management. |
