| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用高频超声探头观测脑梗死患者颈动脉内一中膜厚度及斑块形成的诊断价值。方法使用高频超声对125例脑梗死患者，观察其颈动脉内一中膜厚度及有无斑块形成的情况。结果颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与脑梗死存在同侧相关性，软斑、混合斑的患者脑梗死的发生率较硬斑的患者脑梗死的发生率明显增多（P〈0．05）。结论颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成与性状与脑梗死的发生及预后有密切关系，为脑梗死的防治提供重要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of high frequency color ultrasound in the diagnosis of thickness of infima-media and plaque formation of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with cerebral Infarction. Methods Thickness of infima-media and plaque formation of 125 patients with cerebral Infarction was retrospectively analyzed by application of high frequency color ultrasound. Results Carotid atherosclerosis showed significant corrdation with cerebral infarction in the same side. There was a higher occurrence of cerebral Infarction in patients witn soft plaque and mixed plaque in their carotid artery(P<0.05). Conclusion Formation and trait of carotid atherosclerosis plaque is associated with occurrence and prognosis cerebral infarction,which offers an important basis for the prevention and cure of cerebral infarction. |
