| 摘 要： | 高等学校的改革发展必须坚持以正确的发展观为指导。增强适应性是学校发展的动力源 ,充实内涵是学校发展的核心 ,突出特色是学校发展的关键 ,坚持可持续发展是学校一切改革发展的主题和根本要求 ,这四个方面有机统一构成的发展观 ,指引和推动学校健康、高效、快速地发展。

| Abstract: | The reform and development of colleges and universities must be guided by the correct ideology of development. Adaptability is the source of development; reinforcement of the content is the focus of development; foregrounding the characteristics is the key to development; adherence to sustainable development is the essential requirement of reform and development. These four aspects combine into a new ideology which will make colleges and universities develop healthily, effectively and rapidly. |
