高等教育产业化存在的问题与对策浅析

本文在对高等教育产业化问题讨论综述的基础上 ,指出了高等教育是一种产业 ,应该产业化 ,并分析了高等教育产业化在实际运作中存在的问题 ,提出了解决这些问题的基本对策 ,认为对于我国当前教育资源的潜力及供给规模不宜估计过高 ;对于我国教育产业的家庭普遍支付能力不宜估计过高。因此 ,在转变观念的同时 ,应尽快实现高等教育办学主体和经营主体的多元化 ;应建立健全劳务市场 ,理顺教育与经济的关系 ;应转变政府职能 ,加强对教育质量的宏观控制

Problems and Strategies in Industrializing Higher Education

This article argues that higher education is an industry and should therefore be indusrtializd.It provides an analysis of existing problems in implementing industrialization and proposes some strategies to solve these problems.Two views are generated accordingly.The potential and scale of provision of educational resources should be kept moderate.A moderate estimate should be given to the average families'means of payment.As a result,the following objectives should be achievde.First,pluralizing management subjects and operation subjects;secnd,setting up a healthy labor market to harmonize the relationship between education and economy;and thirdly,transforming government functions to realize macro control of education quality.
