关于当前农村法制建设的思考

当前农村的法制建设存在许多问题，将严重影响21世纪农村的稳定和经济发展。要进一步加强对农民的法制教育，真正解决好农村基层党组织的领导与法制建设的关系问题，使农村广大干部和农民牢固树立依法治乡、依法治村的观念，正确处理农村民主建设和法制建设的关系，以实施依法治国战略。

A Consideration on the Current Rural Construction of the Legal System

In the current construction of the legal system in the countryside, there exist quite a few problems which greatly impair the stability and the economical development in the country of the21 century. In order to am the trategy to legally administrate the nation, the CCP and the government should strengthen the peasants' legal system education which helps the vast rural cadres and peasants to forster a firm conception of law. They shoud also prorerly deal with the relations between the leadship of the basic Party oyganizations and the building of democacy and the legal system, yet, the building is to be carried out step by step.
