| 摘 要： | 企业家作为企业集群竞争优势提升的动力已经被普遍接受。企业家对企业集群发展演变的影响不仅表现为其企业自身较好的经济绩效，更重要的是他们对地方主体产生的直接或间接的作用。而企业家因素中的企业家社会资本在企业集群的发展中的作用却鲜有人触及。需要从社会资本和企业家社会资本的概念出发，提出成熟的企业集群不仅仅是很多企业聚集在一起形成的一种表征，而更在于企业扎堆在一起这一表征下隐藏的深层次的企业家社会资本的作用。
