非公有制企业是中国特色社会主义基本经济制度的重要组成,社会主义的思想政治工作不可或缺。但应准确把握其促进企业及效益发展定位,以及充当助手、诤友、公正裁判员、弱势群体的有力支撑者地位的特殊性;实现客户、员工、经营者、政府、社会满意的共同目标;要坚持爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义、社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德、世界观、人生观、价值观、时事政策、法律常规、企业文化的教育内涵;积极推动员工素质参差不齐与经营者家庭色彩过强的难题解决;营造独特的工作组织系统与创新机制。

A Theoretical Consideration in Ideological and Political Work in Non-Public Enterprises

Non-public enterprises constitute an important component of the basic economic system in socialism with Chinese characteristics.To these enterprises ideological and political work is indispensable.Therefore,we must strengthen ideological and political work in now-public enterprises.To this end,we should,keeping pace with the times,accurately comprehend its particularity,goal,task and connotation,take more effective measures,and establish the distinctive work system and innovation mechanism.
