| 摘 要： | 在对目前国内商务英语教师的职业发展现状和发展需求进行调查的基础上,分析了我国商务英语教师在专业发展、教学、科研以及提高个人发展的体制保障等方面仍存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了几点改进措施。
