| 摘 要： | 研究发现,农村劳动力进入城市后发生了个人发展能力的损失,这种损失主要是由就业转变效应、就业流动的空间效应以及社会排斥效应导致的。在农村迁移劳动力向城市市民转变的过程中,投资成本过高,私人预期收益率有限,农村劳动力进行相应个人发展能力投资的动力减弱,导致进一步发展所必需的能力投资不足。因此,有必要就如何加强迁移劳动力市民化进程中的个人发展能力重建提出相应的政策建议。
