| 摘 要： | 社会企业作为一个新兴的研究领域,备受理论界和实务界的关注。本文主要从社会企业的概念界定与组织属性、类型特征与目标选择、生存要件与政策机制三个方面梳理国内外社会企业的研究进展,以期利于中国社会企业本土化研究的进一步拓展。
