| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善，受我国社会转型时期各种价值观念以及大学生自身特点的影响，当代大学生在价值取向上表现出了不同程度的功利主义倾向。在探讨大学生价值观功利主义倾向的表现的基础上，从正负两个方面分析了功利主义倾向对大学生的影响，并提出从加强大学生社会主义义利观教育、发挥学校教育优势和注重社会主流文化三个方面对大学生加以正确引导，使其价值观上的功利化倾向趋向合理，呈良性发展态势。
