| 摘 要： | 肇庆地区广大中小企业对管理信息系统自制与外购的选择问题,存在认识误区。使用比较分析和案例分析方法,从战略角度研究管理信息系统自制与外购的选择问题,总结出管理信息系统外购比自制有更大的优势。建议当肇庆地区广大中小企业面对这个战略选择问题,应当考虑选择外购成熟的商用管理软件。

| Abstract: | There are lots of misunderstandings on the question that whether to choose self-developing of MIS or to choose outsourcing of MIS in SMEs in Zhaoqing region.By using comparative research method and case analysis method,this article studies the strategic choice between self-developing and outsourcing of management information systems.The paper argues that outsourcing of MIS is better than self-developing.We suggest that SMEs should consider outsourcing of the matured comercial management software when facing the choice between self-developing and outsourcing of MIS. |
