| 摘 要： | 从社会网络对于资源获取的积极意义入手，探索社会网络转化为创业绩效的路径。运用SPSS对182份数据进行分析，发现:（1）社会网络各维度对农民工创业绩效的提升发挥着显著的正向影响作用，不同社会网络维度对农民工创业绩效的影响程度存在差异；（2）社会网络对农民工创业绩效的影响部分通过创业能力的中介作用实现。

| Abstract: | This paper starts with the significance of social network for resource acquisition, and explores the path of transformation of social network into entrepreneurial performance. By using SPSS and other mathematical analysis tools to analyze the 182 collected data, the paper finds that: (1) social network has a positive impact on the improvement of the entrepreneurial performance of migrant workers. And the influences are different from one social network dimension to the other; (2) the impact of social network on the performance is partly achieved through the intermediary role of entrepreneurial capabilities |
