| 摘 要： | 电子政务信息资源的高效共享可以提高政府的管理水平和效率,促进经济、社会和谐发展.随着我国政府职能从管理型向服务型转变,电子政务信息资源共享模式也应从知晓型向应用型转型.要提高电子政务信息资源共享的价值,实现服务型政府的社会公共利益的最大化,必须搭建信息资源共享平台,推进电子政务大集中,建立健全绩效考核机制和奖励补偿机制.
