FDI对天津固定资产投资挤入挤出效应的实证分析

自改革开放以来,招商引资一直被视为我国各地区发展经济的制胜法宝。外商直接投资企业为发展当地经济确实起到了举足轻重的作用。但是,外商直接投资(FDI)如果带动了当地的投资会带来挤入效应,反之如果FDI进入了与当地企业相竞争的行业,则会代替或挤出当地的投资进而产生挤出效应1]。这便需要政府正确认识问题,采取措施优化引资结构,使FDI发挥更大的作用。近年来天津市的经济取得了快速发展,其中FDI功不可没,文章将建立模型对FDI对天津地区固定资产投资的挤入挤出效应进行实证分析。

A Empirical Analysis of the Crowd-in-or-crowd-out Effect of FDI to Fixed Assets Investment in Tianjin

FDI has played an important role in the development of economies in many provinces. But if FDI promotes the local economy, then crowd-in effect will appear. Otherwise, FDI compete with the local firms, a crowd-out effect will appear. So the government must realize this problem and take action to optimize the FDI structure. In recent years, Tianjin's economy has developed a lot because of FDI. In this paper a model will be given to analysis the crowd-in-or-crowd-out effect of FDI to Tianjin's fixed assets investment.
