| 摘 要： | 2006年初,中国政府做出了建设创新型国家的重大战略决策.这一战略是在对科学判断世界经济社会发展态势并深刻认识我国基本国情的基础之上提出的,将对国家发展全局和未来的影响深远.创新是大学的重要使命,大学是创新的重要源头.在建设创新型国家战略的实施过程中,大学应该如何担负起历史赋予的特殊责任,是每个大学必须思考的一个重大课题.

| Abstract: | Early this year,our government put forward the strategy of constructing an innovative nation based on judging the developing trend of the world scientifically and understanding our own conditions profoundly,which will have immense influences on the overall development and the future of our country.Innovation is the significant mission for universities and universities are the important sources of innovation.In the course of the implementation of the strategy of an innovative nation,how the universities take up the special responsibility endowed by history is a significant task that every university should think about. |
