| Abstract: | The paper expounds Wang Yun's concept of talented people from formation of talented people, criterions for talented people and role of talented people. Knowledge is not innate and people can gain knowledge only by learning. People with knowledge are useful people, social development cannot be without people with knowledge and the society should attach importance to talented people. |
