摘    要:产学研联合培养模式作为信息法学研究生人才培养模式的必然选择,对信息法学课程教学提出了新的要求。针对当前信息法学课程教学中存在的主要问题,在课程教学运行方案的制定中,需要重点关注教学资源开发与利用、教学内容多维度发展、教学手段转变、实践教学加强等内容,同时也应当采取教学监督与评价、实施多元激励、搭建互动平台等措施,保障课程教学运行机制取得预期效果。

Abstract:The teaching and research joint model puts forward new demands to the information law graduate training. Based on the major problems of information law teaching,teaching program not only needs to focus on the development and utilization of teaching resources,multi-dimensional development of teaching content,teaching methods change,strengthen teaching practice and other content,but also should take teaching monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of multi-motivate,and build an interactive platform and other measures to protect the teaching operation mechanism for the desired effect.
