我国信息服务业区域发展效率差异研究

近年来,我国信息服务业发展十分迅速,规模不断扩大,但产业发展还不平衡,总体发展质量仍待提升。为保障我国信息服务业持续健康发展,探索产业发展的优化路径,文章以投入产出的系统视角审视信息服务业,采用数据包络分析方法,对我国相关省市进行信息服务业发展效率评价。研究发现我国各区域信息服务业发展总体效率差异明显,在技术因素和规模因素两方面的影响下,我国各地信息服务业形成了四种效率表现不同的分类模式。因此,可以针对各省市产业效率的具体情况,通过信息服务业投入产出优化分析,找到各区域在信息服务业发展中的最佳发展途径。

Regional Development Efficiency Difference of Information Service Industry in China

In recent years,the scale of information service industry has been expanded rapidly in China,but the industrial development is still unbalanced,and the development level needs to be upgraded. The paper evaluates the development performance of information service industry in relevant provinces from the perspective of input-output system by DEA methods,to ensure sustained healthy and sustainable development of information service industry in China,so as to find the optimal path of industrial development. The study finds that differences exist in the total efficiency of the development of information service industry in various provinces significantly,and the information service industry in our country has formed four kinds of different efficiency classification models on the influence factors of technical factors and scale. Therefore,we can accord the specific condition of provincial industrial efficiency,to find the best development way of information service industry in regional area through the information service industry input-output optimization analysis.
