| 摘 要： | 首先基于农户行为模式对中国农户进行了分类，并借助于农户收入分布和收支状态分析了陕西农户的结构特征，指出陕西农户金融需求的特点是消费性融资需求占有重要地位，农业融资需求处于额度小、空间成本高的硬约束状态，农村第二、三产业发展落后制约了非农生产经营性融资需求。提出的对策是：应发展多元化的资金供给体系来解决消费性融资问题，以推动农户发展规模经营和产业升级来促进农业融资市场发展，农村非农金融应当以推动与农业、农民生活相关的第二、三产业发展为重点。
