摘    要:江苏工业学院党委坚持以人为本的管理理念和人性化的工作方式,在干部队伍建设的过程中,以承认干部的主体地位为前提,以促进干部的全面和可持续发展为目的,以教育培训创新为手段,以干部的能力建设为宗旨,在实践中不断进行探索,逐步形成自身的工作特色。

Abstract:The Party Committee of Jiangsu Polytechnic University have been carrying out their work creatively,sticking to the "people-oriented" administrative ideology and humanizing working style.The administrative personnel take the cadres as the subjects and try to promote their comprehensive and sustainable development.At the same time,they offer opportunities for their creative educational training so as to enhance the cadres' ability.In practice,they explore continuously and gradually form their own.working characteristics.
