| Abstract: | The Party Committee of Jiangsu Polytechnic University have been carrying out their work creatively,sticking to the "people-oriented" administrative ideology and humanizing working style.The administrative personnel take the cadres as the subjects and try to promote their comprehensive and sustainable development.At the same time,they offer opportunities for their creative educational training so as to enhance the cadres' ability.In practice,they explore continuously and gradually form their own.working characteristics. |
