| 摘 要： | 本文认为，带动与帮助，是共同富裕构想的重要内容，部分先富与共同富裕之间，通过先进对落后的带动与帮助作用达到辩证的统一。在政策导向上，着重提出带动与帮助的问题，要掌握适当的时机和力度，采取适当的方式。社会主义制度应该而且能够在承认致富有先后的前提下，通过提倡带动与帮助避免两极分化，实现共同富裕。

| Abstract: | It is pointed in this paper that promotion and help is an important part in the thought of common prosperity. The more advanced bring along or help the less advanced to get partial prosperity in line with common prosperity. It is stressed that our policy should guide the problem of promotion and help in a proper time, to a proper extent and in a proper way. On the premise of admitting the order of priority in getting rich, socialist system is able to lead people into common prosperity by encouraging promotion and help while avoiding polarization. |
