| 摘 要： | 在阐述中国流动人口管理体制创新必要性的基础上,以现有流动人口管理体制的出发点、现实表现和结果为例,对现有流动人口管理体制存在的弊端进行分析,得出流动人口管理体制创新的原则,最后论述流动人口管理体制创新的新构想,即逐步改革户籍制度,实现城市与流动人口的良性互动,促进人口的进一步流动,加强城市基础设施配套建设等。

| Abstract: | Based on the expatiation of the necessary of the transient population management system innovation in our country,taking example for the starting point,the reality performance and the result of the existing transient population management system,the article analyzes the abuses of the existing transient population management system,puts forward the principle of the transient population management system innovation,finally elaborates the new conception of the transient population management system innovation,namely,reforms the household register system gradually,realizes the benign interaction both of the city and the transient population,promotes the further flows of population,strengthens the necessary city infrastructure construction and so on. |
