论《周官》与西汉河间儒学

摘    要:《周官》成书众说纷纭,将之成书移至载籍初见的河间则更为科学砥实,众多聚讼亦涣然冰释。《周官》标举周制,实为大汉立法,其封建是大一统封建,其制度是六卿共治的文官制度,一方面尊礼君王,一方面又将王权牢牢地限制在制度秩序中,试图织构一个道德文化的精神秩序与行政法律秩序的二元社会政治结构,这种结构已有君主立宪的原始宪政精神。为强化制度权威,《周官》强调天礼合一,甚至天地都要接受礼的规范。这在河间儒学的《春秋》左氏学、《毛诗》学等方面均有体现。本文称河间儒学这一构建为天礼之学,与时中央儒学,强化皇权地位的天人之学形成了深刻的学术分野。
