| 摘 要： | 随着人类社会历史的发展,人们逐渐地认识到,在培养人才的要素中,除了知识和能力以外,还有可以使人的知识和能力更好地发挥作用的素质因素。因此,素质教育是在世界范围内新兴的一种教育思想,是一种面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来、面向全体、促进个体全面发展的教育,现已成为当今教育改革发展的主旋律。学校教育要顺应教育的这种时代潮流,建立与之相适应的教育教学机制,培养面向21世纪适应社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | With human beings' devetopment in history and society,it has been steadly realized that of all essential factors for talented personnel training,the quality factor as well as the factors of knowledge and competence enables human being's knowledge and competence to play a better role.Therefore,the quality-oriented education becomes an emerging mentality on education worldwide,a modernization-roiented,world-oriented,future-oriented,all-people-oriented and contribution-to-individual-overall-development-oriented education,and the theme of today's educational reform and development.school education must conform to such a trend of the time,establish a fitted educational mechanism in order to foster 21st-century-oriented talented personnel who are of high-quality and able to meet the need of the socialist modermization building. |
