| Abstract: | The present paper discusses mainly on how to prefect the systematic design of the social security in Guizhou,and puts forward five specific methods for its improvement The five methods of reconstruction are： the reconstruction of pension insurance and social welfare,of cooperative medical care and social security of rural doctors,of alleviating poverty in the rural areas and practicing ＂work for the dole＂,of social assistance and social welfare and of disaster relief system.The aim is to provide an institutional guarantee to perfect the social security system in Guizhou |
