The Free Miners in Early Modern England and the Laws for Them

In early modern England,the mineral mining rights of the free miners had been threatened by the ruling classes.To protect their own mining rights,the free miners,especially those who worked in the old mining areas,began to complete their laws and established their own rights organization-＂mining courts＂.From the struggle between the free miners and the ruling classes for the mining rights,we can see that the elite class and the popular one were not totally separated at that time in England,but were interacted in some ways.
