| 摘 要： | 要截止2001年底,青海省共有9家上市公司,基本上反映了青海经济结构的特征。借助于资本市场,这些公司不仅增加了资本金,而且实现了用增量资产激活存量资产,为企业的发展提供了广阔的发展空间。但是,存在的问题也不容忽视、通过实证分析揭示青海省上市公司的现状、问题与出路。

| Abstract: | By the end of 2001 year,there are the nine listed companies in Qinghai,these reflects the features of economic structure of Qinghai on the whole,and supplys business development with wide develepment space.Based on such analysis of the extant problems,this article disclose the present situation,problems and way out of the listed companies of Qinghai. |
