| 摘 要： | 城市化不等同于城镇数目的增加和面积的扩大,也不意味着城市化率的快速提高,城市化的实质是生活方式的城市化。以2010年对四川省成都市农民工的抽样调查为例,分析农民工生活方式的状况,指出劳动就业方式是影响农民工生活方式的主要因素。实现农民工生活方式城市化,应扫除农民市民化进程中的制度障碍,提升农民工的人力资本,积极构建和谐的社区环境。
