统筹城乡视野的重庆旅游业发展

旅游业不仅是重庆市的重点产业之一,而且在统筹城乡、促进农民增收、延长农业产业链等方面具有不可替代的作用,但现阶段重庆市旅游业发展尚存在一些障碍。为此,应编制科学合理的乡村旅游规划,大力整合城乡旅游要素,重视引进和培养人才,加快旅游商品开发,规范农业旅游专业合作组织,完善旅游管理的相关配套政策。
