南社成立一百周年学术研讨会综述

本文对南社成立一百周年学术研讨会进行了综述：这次研讨会的一个显著特点,就是突破了以往的研究格局,把南社放在整个民主革命发展和文化转型进程中来考察,置于更广阔的历史背景和文化视野中进行审视,发掘了许多重要的史实,提出了新的观点,对南社的性质、历史作用和地位也提出了更加深刻的认识;对南社众多成员的文学成就和文化贡献进行了较全面的探讨,对南社的价值作了概括,指出文学要以国家、民族、人民的命运作为支柱,文学要表现时代应该与时俱进,文学的发展必须坚守民族文化的命脉。研讨会认为,近年关于南社史料的发掘、整理、考证取得了新的进展,对南社作家别集的整理、出版取得了一定成绩。另外,还总结并反思了南社研究的学术历程,探讨、展望了南社研究的发展前景。同时指出当前南社研究的一些问题,比较突出的是：研究的广度虽然拓展了,但研究的深度不够;在史实开掘方面多有进展,而理论剖析、升华却不足。

A Brief Review of the Symposium Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Foundation of Nanshe

This paper briefly reviews the Symposium celebrating the 100th anniversary of the foundation of Nanshe.A striking feature of this Symposium is that it breaks through the previous research patterns,studying Nanshe against the background of both the whole democratic development process and cultural transformation process.Scholars inspect it from a larger historical background and cultural envision and put forward new views.Thus,with many new historical facts and new viewpoints,it helps trigger a deeper understanding of Nanshe in terms of its characteristics,its historical roles and status.This symposium also thoroughly probes into the literary achievements and cultural contributions of Nanshe members and generalizes Nanshe’s value.It is pointed out that literature must take the fate of the country,nationality and people as its pillar stone.As a reflection of the times,literature must evolve with the times,literary development must stick to the fate of the national culture.The symposium holds that great achievements have been made in digging up historical material,analyzing and confirming,collecting and publishing the works of some Nanshe writers.The symposium also summarizes and reflects on the academic process of Nanshe study,probes into and makes a prospect of the future study.At the same time,some problems have been pointed out,some prominent ones being that： with its width of study,it still lacks depth,with the development in digging up and confirming historical facts,yet it lacks theoretical generalization.
