| 摘 要： | 本文认为语言的不平等、语言态度和语言政策等是影响语言和谐的重要因素.要从宏观上做到语言和谐,必须做到语言平等(尊严平等),在语言态度上对所有的语言一视同仁,同时恰当制定国家和地区的语言政策.

| Abstract: | The unfairness of languages,language attitude and language policy are the important factors which affect the harmony of languages.Macroscopically,to keep lanugages harmonious,we must be sure that all languages among nations are equal,treat all languages as equals.Meanwhile,we should establish proper national and local languages policy. |
