产、学、研结合培养模式下的大学生解困工作研究

高校贫困生由于经济困难、家庭及社会压力、自身不足等原因导致心理贫困,进而影响他们的成长与成才。作者通过对河南理工大学矿业工程类专业贫困生标准及其数量、贫困生表现及分析,提出了贫困生问题的解决方法,并对该解决方法进行效果分析与评价,结果表明:产、学、研相结合人才培养模式对矿业工程类贫困大学生的培养起到了至关重要的作用,同时也为解决大学教育中的高校贫困生问题提供了良好新思路。

Study on Poor Students' Problems under the Cooperation System of Industry, Academy and Research

Because of poverty in economy together with pressure from family and society, poor college students often show defects in mind, which has a bad effect on their further study and work. Based on the study of the criterion and quantity of poor college students majored in mining engineering in Henan Polytechnic University and on the analysis of their actions, suitable measures are proposed to settle poor students’problems. More importantly, it can be seen that the union system of industry, academy and research is of great value on cultivating college students majored in mining engineering and along with that it also provides a good new thinking pattern in poor students’problems.
