论校本管理中的校长角色定位与塑造

摘    要:目前,校本管理正在成为学校管理改革的一个世界性热点。校长作为实施校本管理的关键,面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。校长必须从传统外控管理模式中的管理者、执行者转变为学校可持续发展的决策者、设计者,学校师生员工发展的支持者、服务者,学校教育教学的研究者、改革者,学校与社区关系的协调者、沟通者,学校人力资源的开发者、整合者,并加快自身角色的转变与塑造,加强三种意识,培养四种能力,提高三种技能。

Abstract:In the present world, School-based Management is the focus in school management reform. As the key in the informent of the School-based Management, the headmaster is faced with too much chances and challenges, headmaster must change his role for the manger and practicer in the out-controlled. Management mold to the decider and designer of the long-last-development; the supporter and servicer in the development of students and teachers; the professor and researcher in the school education; the coordinator and bridger in the relation between school and community; the revolutioner and arrangermenter in the human resource .Expediting the roles irecting and building itself, strengthening three kinds of sence , upbring four kinds of ability , improving three kinds of skills.
