| 摘 要： | 20世纪 8 0年代以来 ,世界各国尤其是美、欧、日等一些发达国家在高新技术产业领域呈现出快速发展态势 ,使得高新技术产业在国际经济竞争中的地位和作用日益突现出来。本文通过对美国、欧盟、日本等国家和地区高新技术产业发展政策和经验进行分析 ,总结出发达国家高新技术产业的发展模式 ,进而提出安徽高新技术产业发展的原则及政策主张。

| Abstract: | Since the 1980s many countries have demonstrated rapid development of high-tech industries, which are playing an increasingly important role in international economic competition. This paper analyses the development policies, experiences, and the operation model of the high-tech industries of the developed countries. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions about the principles and policies of the development of high-tech industries in Anhui province. |
