肉苁蓉活性成分对大负荷训练大鼠骨骼肌氧化损伤的保护作用

摘    要:观察肉苁蓉活性成分对大鼠大负荷训练导致的骨骼肌自由基氧化损伤的保护作用;将24只SD大鼠随机分为安静对照(SC)组、运动对照(TC)组、运动十肉苁蓉(Tcd)组和运动十红景天(TH)组,TC组、Tcd组和TH组采用跑台大负荷训练模型进行训练,第4周末所有组进行跑台力竭运动,运动力竭后即刻处死取大鼠腓肠肌,并进行力竭运动时间、腓肠肌丙二醛(MDA)和超氧歧化酶(SOD)测试.力竭运动后,Tcd组的SOD活性极显著高于SC组和TC组(P<0.01),而MDA含量显著低于SC组和TC组,Tcd组和TH组的SOD活性和MDA含量无显著差异(P>0.05).与SC组比,TC组SOD活性高(P<0.05);Tcd组和TH组可以有效提高力竭运动时间(P<0.01).肉苁蓉活性成分有一定的抗氧化作用,有利于力竭运动导致机体组织大量积累的自由基的清除,防止组织氧化损伤.

Abstract:The purpose was to observe the protective effect of cistanche deserticola on skeletal muscle oxidative injury in high intensity training rats.Twenty four SD rats were randomly divided into four groups including the sedentary control(SC),training control(TC),training with administration of cistanche deserticola(Tcd) and training with administration of hongpei(TH).Three groups performed the high intensity training on the treadmill every day except the SC group.At the same time Tcd and TH took the corresponding extraction respectively every day.After four weeks all the groups performed the exhaustive exercise.The exhaustive exercise time was recorded,and the content of MDA and ativity of SOD in the gastrocnemius were measured.Activity of SOD in the Tcd group significantly increased(P<0.01),and the level of MDA significantly decreased(P<0.01),comparing with the SC group and TC group after exhaustive exercise.There was no difference in Activity of SOD and level of MDA between Tcd group and TH group(P>0.05).Tcd group and TH group can prolong exhaustive exercise time(P<0.01).Moreover,high intensity training increased Activity of SOD(P<0.05)and prolong exhaustive exercise time(P<0.01)in the TC group,comparing with the SC group.extract of cistanche deserticola can protect skeletal muscle from oxidative injury by eliminating over-accumulative free radical.
