论高等院校的教学管理

高等院校的教学管理必须通过教学思想、教学决策、建立和完善教学体系、教学控制、调动教师积极性、强化教学行政部门管理职能等,使组成教学的各种要素结构方式改变,不断提高新的教学质量,这才是教学管理。规章制度很重要,但它只是组成教育教学的基本要素之一,是管理的条件和保证,不是管理本身。

Higher Education Institutions and their Education Management

Higher education institutions’ education management is done on the basis of educational ideology,decision,establishment and improvement of educational systems,eduational supervision,motivation of teachers’ activation and strengthening of eduation administrations’ management functions.In such a way are all elements in higher education adjusted and improved for better eduation quality.Regulations and disciplines are important but not the only elements of education management.
