高聚物萃取分光光度法测定果冻中色素含量的研究

摘    要:利用水溶性高聚物的水溶液在无机盐存在下可分成两相的特点,将果冻中的亮蓝、胭脂红和柠檬黄转入高聚物相,消除了其它物质的干扰,用双波长等吸收法测定亮蓝、胭脂红和柠檬黄的含量.结果显示,亮蓝在0.20~50 mg·L-1,胭脂红在0.20~60 mg· L-1,柠檬黄在0.30~70 mg·L-1范国内有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,回收率在90%~106%,该方法检测快速、准确,无毒,而且易于操作.

Abstract:Taking advantage of the trait of aqueous polymer can separated two phases in the presence of inorganic salt in water;we can transfer the brilliant blue,carmine and tartrazine of jelly into polymer phase,in order to eliminate the disturber of other matters.The content of carmine,tartrazine and brilliant blue in jelly was determined by spectrophotometery.The results indicated that the good linear relation plot was obtained in the range of 0.2~50 mg·L-1 of brilliant blue,0.2~60 mg·L-1 of carmine,0.3~70 mg·L-1 of tartrazine,and the recovery rate was found in the range of 90% ~ 106%.It is a quick,accurate and be handled easily method.
