摘    要:提高教师教育质量,必须深化人才培养模式改革。本文介绍了湛江师范学院教师教育人才培养模式改革与创新的实践,即确立"五力型"人才培养目标,构建三维立交课程体系,推进"教学研做"互动合一的教学方式,创建教育研究院以统进教育学科建设,完善分层面多样化育人的教学管理机制。

Abstract:The improvement of the quality of teacher education needs to deepen personnel cultivation patterns’ reformation.Zhanjiang Normal University’s talent cultivation pattern reformation and innovation practice consists of the establishment of the "Five-Strengths" talent cultivation objectives,the construction of the three-dimensional curriculum system,the boosting of the "teaching-learning-researching-production" interaction as an education pattern,the founding of the Education Research Institute for unification of education disciplines for construction,the improvement of hierarchical diversification of educational mechanisms of teaching and instructional management.
